Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

City Star Training aims to provide quality soccer coaching while maintaining fair scheduling for all participants.

CUSTOMERS CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or account credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are generally not refundable.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

RESCHEDULING

Players may reschedule their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.

COACH CANCELLATIONS

If City Star Training cancels a session due to weather, coach illness, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future session.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.

CAMPS, CLINICS, AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Special events, camps, tournaments, or promotional bookings may have separate cancellation terms. These will be clearly stated during registration.
