Welcome to City Star Training. By accessing or using this website, booking soccer sessions, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All training sessions must be booked through our online booking system.

BOOKINGS

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation where applicable.

PAYMENTS

Payment must be completed before attending any paid training session unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

ATTENDANCE

Players should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session.

Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled training time.

PLAYER CONDUCT

Players are expected to:

• Respect coaches, staff, and fellow players.

• Wear appropriate soccer attire and footwear.

• Follow all safety instructions.

City Star Training reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or abusive.

HEALTH RESPONSIBILITY

Parents or participants are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns before participating.

Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

WEATHER

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.

Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos, images, videos, coaching materials, and text, is the property of City Star Training and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

City Star Training is not liable for injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages except where required by law.

Participants accept the normal risks associated with soccer training.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where City Star Training operates.
